Responsibilities

• Installation & Programming: Provide technical assistance in installation, programming, and performance monitoring of test equipment, including NI LabVIEW/TestStand-based systems.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Analyze equipment malfunctions and failures, perform quick repairs (electronic, mechanical, pneumatic), and coordinate with production/maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Design & Development: Work with specialists to design and develop new test equipment for new or existing products, including integration of laser and AOI systems.
• Calibration & Configuration: Perform calibration and capability checks on EOL, FKT, and VET testers.
• System Optimization & Testing: Implement corrective actions and continuous improvements to enhance test equipment reliability

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical engineering, software and electrical engineering, mechatronics, preferably with knowledge in electronics manufacturing
• Measurement and test engineering knowledge
• Knowledge and practice of LabView, TestStand and Beckhoff automation
• Knowledge in statistical methods
• Ability to work under pressure with short deadlines
• Team player
• Readiness for action
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is an advantage
