Your profile:
- Completed commercial training as a forwarding agent (m/f/d) or industrial clerk (m/f/d)
- Professional experience in logistics processing in the automotive industry
- Driving license and car are mandatory to reach the place of work
- Confident use of common MS Office programs
- Independent and reliable way of working
- English knowledge in spoken and written
- Experience with ERP systems
- Commitment and flexibility
Your tasks:
- Monitoring the readiness to deliver orders according to customer scheduling
- Coordination and cooperation with production control and customer position
- Preparation of customs and shipping documents
- Control and monitoring of packaging in customer containers, as well as loading and unloading of trucks
- Notification to customers and freight forwarders
- Master data maintenance
