AI Engineer / Data Scientist (m/f/d)

These tasks await you with us:

• You integrate Microsoft Copilot 365 into existing work processes and thus increase efficiency and automation in your daily work
• You evaluate suitable AI tools and identify relevant use cases for our organization
• You will lead and implement AI projects in close cooperation with our software developers and product teams
• You will actively contribute to the development of our company-wide AI strategy and the definition of best practices and architectural standards
• You develop and implement advanced AI and machine learning models, for example for natural language processing, computer vision or predictive analytics

This is how you convince us:

• You have a degree in data science, computer science, mathematics or a comparable subject
• You have experience in Microsoft 365, especially in the Power Platform as well as Copilot technologies and AI agents
• You have practical knowledge of tools such as Python, SQL and Azure or similar platforms
• You communicate fluently in German and well in English
• You have a solid understanding of statistics, machine learning and data analysis
• You think analytically, work in a structured manner and act with a high level of initiative
• You enjoy working in interdisciplinary project groups
