Mechatronics Development Engineer [M/W/D]
You will develop drive concepts, integrate electrical systems, sensors, and software into the overall system, and support projects from the feasibility study to commissioning. With your expertise in control engineering and test automation, you will design innovative solutions and actively contribute to product improvements and internal development projects.
Area of responsibility
- Entwicklung und Integration von Antriebskonzepten in Zusammenarbeit mit der mechanischen Entwicklung
- Verantwortung für die Antriebstechnik im Gesamtsystem inkl. Spezifikationen und Elektro-Dokumentation
- Evaluation von neuen Antriebskomponenten (Steuerung, Motor, Sensorik, Elektrik)
- Durchführung von Machbarkeitsstudien, Berechnungen und Simulationen
- Unterstützung beim Prototypenaufbau und Durchführung von Abnahmetests
- Inbetriebnahme von Prototypen intern und beim Kunden
- Programmierung von Testautomationen (Controller, SPS, PC in Python, C#)
- Mitarbeit bei Produktverbesserungen und technischem Troubleshooting
- Beitrag zu R&D-Projekten und internem Know-how-Transfer
Your profile
- Completed engineering degree (at least a bachelor's degree)
- In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering, drive and control technology
- Good English skills
- Programming skills
- Experience with commissioning
- Knowledge of CAD (2D, electrical CAD)
- Experience in modeling and simulation of mechatronic systems
- Knowledge of vision systems
- Strong analytical skills
- Independent and reliable way of working
- High level of motivation and ability to work in a team
- Assertiveness
