• Lead and manage a team of Project Managers responsible for wind turbine component development
• Provide strategic and technical guidance to ensure successful project execution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and align project goals across departments
• Oversee multiple development projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture
• Ensure technical feasibility in collaboration with interdisciplinary engineering teams
• Manage the full development lifecycle from concept to serial production
• Implement effective risk and stakeholder management strategies
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project management processes
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards

YOUR PROFILE

• M.Sc. in Engineering, Physics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent), with additional training in Project Management
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring Project Managers, ideally in the wind energy sector
• Strong background in project management methodologies; PM certification preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Systematic, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
• Proficient in MS Office (incl. MS Project Server); experience with ERP and PLM systems is a plus
• Intercultural competence and ability to work in international teams
• Fluent in English; German and Spanish are a plus
• Willingness to travel as needed
