Working Student OCC & Special Reservations (m/f/d)

• Current university or university of applied sciences degree, ideally in the field of economics with a focus on tourism or a comparable field
• Initial experience in the field of tourism desirable
• Very good German and good English skills as well as confidence in using MS Office 365
• Strong communication skills and a high degree of service orientation, a sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a team

• Support in the area of Special Reservations and Operations Control Center (OCC)
• Assistance with administrative and organizational tasks, in particular with topics such as special bookings and business trips to our ships
• Written and telephone communication with our guests and partners in German and English
