Job description
- You are responsible for the technical guidance, motivation and supervision of employees in chassis and frame construction and are therefore the central contact person in the team
- With an eye for the essentials, you plan, organise and monitor the work processes so that completion on time is always guaranteed
- If necessary, you actively help out in production, for example when welding, assembling or straightening components
- you consistently monitor compliance with quality standards as well as occupational safety and environmental protection guidelines and prioritise these issues
- you reliably carry out both intermediate and final inspections of the manufactured assemblies, to ensure consistently high quality and defect-free products
- You work closely with design, work preparation and quality management to ensure that processes are developed in a targeted manner and designed efficiently
- You actively participate in improvement measures such as lean management or 5S to promote continuous optimisation in the work area
- You conscientiously record and report back production data, submitting regular reports to production management
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training in the technical field, ideally supplemented by a relevant additional qualification
- With initial experience in employee management, for example as a foreman (m/f/d), you have already shown that you can take responsibility and motivate teams
- Your German language skills and valid working papers enable you to work confidently and confidently on a daily basis
- A sense of responsibility and assertiveness are among your key qualities, so that you can maintain a clear overview even in challenging situations
- As an organisational talent with strong communication skills, you are able to skilfully manage processes and lead your team in a goal-oriented manner
- Your commitment, reliability and team spirit round off your profile and make you a valuable contact person in the company
