Your Tasks:
Pharma Partner Collaboration:
-
Build and nurture strong partnerships with pharmaceutical companies to accelerate biomarker discovery, validation, and clinical integration for Neurology solutions together with the International Business Leader, PHCS
Partnering Team, Project Management and Project Leadership functions
Lifecycle Management:
- Lead the product lifecycle, from early development through to market launch, supporting biomarker development and clinical validation efforts. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth market entry, and alignment with key stakeholders
Market Development & Commercialization:
- Collaborate to create integrated strategies for market access, awareness, and adoption. Responsible for market development activities, including coordination of resources for health economics models, educational programs, and advocacy efforts to ensure product positioning in the global market
Regional Engagement & Local Collaboration:
- Work directly with prioritized affiliates and Regions to enable local collaborations that initiate or increase the utilization of specific diagnostic tests. Serve as a key enabler for successful commercialization in those markets, driving product adoption and leveraging strategic local partnerships to meet goals of the partnership
Post-Launch Support & Product Evolution:
- Manage post-launch activities for on- market products, focusing on product updates, issue resolution, and ongoing customer support. Collaborate with global marketing, sales, and other teams to evolve product offerings based on ongoing market feedback and strategic goals
Cross-Functional Team Leadership:
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams across Roche to ensure alignment and successful product outcomes. Drive collaboration between R&D, clinical, regulatory, CDMA, GA&P and Regional / Affiliate commercial teams to achieve product objectives
Early development:
- Drive early assessment of new disease areas and early development of IVD/assay that could fit in that area with entrepreneurial mindset and financial acumen. Being a referent for the cross-functional teams
Your Profile:
- Min. a Bachelor degree preferably in Science
- Min. 3 years knowledge of the IVD industry ; commercial role experience
- Excellent presentation skills, commercial mindset and strong driver
- MS Office package and knowledge of AI
- Fluent in English , any additional language is a plus
- Positive and collaborative attitude, flexible and adaptable, willing to help out, willing to contribute and make a difference, resilient, passionate and inspiring
