* Responsible for the overall design, architecture and all technical aspects of a system

* Technical leadership of the programming team, code reviews and quality controls

* Completed university degree

* More than 10 years of experience with solutions and transformation with European customers - Industry experience preferably in manufacturing, life science, transportation, services

* Understanding of the latest business trends and challenges in the industry

* Technology experience to understand technology trends and their impact on customers' business models.

* Strong sales skills and the ability to build strong relationships

* Business fluent in German and English

* Willingness to travel
