We are seeking a strategic, multilingual, and innovation-driven Presales and Solutions Partner to drive solutioning, business development, and governance for Enterprise Solutions-including SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and AI/GenAI-for our manufacturing clients in Germany. This role will not only lead presales and solutioning efforts but also play a key role in governing the Enterprise Solutions business in the Germany for Manufacturing clients, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, delivery excellence, and client satisfaction. Presales & Solutioning:

* Lead presales and solutioning for enterprise technology opportunities across SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other platforms.

* Design transformation roadmaps that incorporate AI/GenAI, automation, and digital innovation.

* Collaborate with sales, delivery, and domain teams to develop tailored solutions for manufacturing clients.

* Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and client presentations with compelling, value-driven proposals.

* Develop reusable solution assets, industry-specific accelerators, and reference architectures. Business Governance:

* Govern the Enterprise Solutions business for manufacturing clients in Germany, ensuring alignment with regional growth strategies and global objectives.

* Monitor pipeline health, deal conversion, and solution quality across the region.

* Drive strategic initiatives, account planning, and portfolio reviews with delivery and sales leadership.

* Ensure compliance with our clients frameworks, local regulations, and industry standards.

* Provide thought leadership and market intelligence to shape go-to-market strategies.

* 20+ years of IT experience with at least 8 years in presales, solution architecture, or consulting roles in Europe.

* Strong experience in enterprise platforms (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow) and their application in manufacturing.

* Proven track record of winning large transformation deals and managing complex solution cycles.

* Experience in AI/GenAI use cases and their integration into enterprise ecosystems.

* Deep understanding of manufacturing industry trends, compliance, and digital transformation drivers.

* Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a consultative approach.

* Deep domain knowledge in manufacturing and enterprise technologies.

* Experience working in global delivery models and multicultural environments.

* Demonstrated ability to lead AI/GenAI-driven transformation initiatives.

* Strong governance mindset with experience in managing regional business performance and solution quality.

* Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a consultative approach.

* Deep domain knowledge in manufacturing and enterprise technologies.

* Experience working in global delivery models and multicultural environments.

* Demonstrated ability to lead AI/GenAI-driven transformation initiatives.

* Strong governance mindset with experience in managing regional business performance and solution quality.

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus.

* Certifications in relevant enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) are preferred.

* Proficiency in German and English
