Your tasks:

• Work to ensure the functional and operational safety of the entire building technology and its optimization
• Instruction and support of external companies
• Carrying out and monitoring legally required inspections
  Maintenance and repair work
• Troubleshooting of technical systems and equipment
• Coordinating key management as well as issuing and returning keys
• Participation in the on-call duty in the technical team

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed vocational training as a HVAC systems mechanic (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Professional experience and tried and tested knowledge in the areas of heating and sanitation, as well as ventilation or refrigeration technology desirable
• VDI 6022 certificate of competence desirable
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty
• Confident handling of MS Office packages and CAFM systems
• Driving license class B, very good knowledge of German and a valid work permit
  Interest in further qualifications
