For our Education Center in Rottweil, we are looking for a permanent Head (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

• Strategic and operational management of the school in pedagogical, organizational, administrative, business and communication matters
• Personnel responsibility for teachers and other employees
• Development and implementation of the school program and ensuring quality standards in the school
• Collaboration with other business units of the company (clinic management, nursing service and medical service)
• Collaboration with internal and external cooperation partners (local and national)
• A varied, attractive field of work and tasks

• Completed vocational training as a nurse or nursing specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification in a healthcare profession, e.g. OTA, ATA etc.
• Completed pedagogical university degree (nursing pedagogy, medical pedagogy, etc.) at Master's or comparable level
• Professional experience in teaching, preferably in a managerial position, coupled with a high degree of responsibility
• "Out-of-the-box" thinking and enjoy implementing innovative and creative concepts as well as communication skills
• High level of professional and social competence
