To reinforce the Flik Flak team at Swatch Headquarters in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, we are currently searching for a:
MARKETING PROJECT LEADER FLIK FLAK 100%
Job description
Main responsibilities will include:
- Develop and coordinate trade marketing materials (collateral) in alignment with brand strategy and retail needs.
- Define and implement training strategies , including the creation of training material and coordination with different stakeholders.
- Lead and develop projects for personalized watches from technical maintenance to e-commerce integration in close collaboration with the different stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional marketing projects from concept to execution, including instore activations, story books, etc.
- Manage photoshoots in collaboration with Team Leader, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery of assets.
- Supervise the department apprentice, providing guidance, training and support in their daily tasks.
- Support internal administrative task (organizing trips, follow up on contracts, internal platforms, etc).
- Monitor and report on project performance , including monthly updates budget control
- Coordinate and lead internal meetings
