• They develop and implement AI-supported products based on personas and target group models, and build the necessary data and model pipelines for this purpose.
• They work on dialogue-oriented market research solutions where AI generates questions, stimuli or follow-up questions, thus enabling iterative testing, and support the development of tools for AI-supported market research, with which we systematically evaluate existing studies and knowledge bases and make them usable for insights.
• They utilize our Azure infrastructure, develop user-friendly interfaces and dashboards, participate in building AI administration and platform functionalities, and establish modern development and deployment processes.
• Working closely with the units, you translate technical requirements into robust, reusable technical solutions.
• Together with your colleagues, you will combine AI technologies, industry know-how and consulting expertise, promote research, collaboration and knowledge transfer, and thus take market research to the next level.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a degree with a quantitative/technical focus (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Psychology (methodological focus), etc.).
• You have initial experience in a data-driven environment and very good knowledge of R/Python for data preparation, analysis and the creation of scripts and pipelines.
• You are proficient in using SQL and have initial experience with relational databases (e.g. Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server or similar) as well as in the use of Git.
• Basic knowledge of Docker is desirable. Alternatively, you should be willing to learn it quickly.
