Our client, Zeochem AG is a Swiss-based global manufacturer of specialty chemicals, delivering high-quality materials and tailored solutions for demanding industrial and scientific applications.

On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a:

Global Key Account Manager Deuterium-Labeled Materials (m/w/d) 100%

Location: Rüti, Switzerland or Paris, France

Position

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Global Key Account Manager to join Zeochem AG. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for leading and developing the global distribution network and managing key strategic partnerships within the deuterium-labeled reagent business (ZEOtope®).

You will act as the central commercial interface for the official ZEOtope® distributors and key accounts worldwide, ensuring consistent execution of global sales strategies, optimal market penetration, and sustainable growth of long-term partnerships. This role has high visibility and impact across the organization and plays a critical part in shaping the global success of the ZEOtope® product line.

Tasks

  • Define, develop, and execute the global commercial strategy for the ZEOtope® product portfolio
  • Lead and manage the global distribution partner network, ensuring performance, alignment, and continuous development
  • Ensure consistent implementation of global sales strategies, pricing concepts, and commercial objectives across all regions
  • Build, maintain, and deepen strategic relationships with key accounts and partners at all organizational levels
  • Lead high-level commercial negotiations and support long-term business development initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Customer Service, Finance, Planning, and Production, to ensure seamless execution
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and identify growth opportunities
  • Promote a customer-centric mindset, with a strong focus on service excellence, trust, and partnership growth

Qualification

  • Degree in Chemistry or a comparable scientific qualification
  • Additional education or training in Sales or Marketing is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the chemical or life sciences industry
  • Proven track record in chemical sales, ideally within a distributor-based or international sales model
  • Solid understanding of NMR spectroscopy and its applications
  • Demonstrated experience managing international or national distributor networks
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic, analytical, and structured working style with excellent organizational abilities
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as required
