For our location in Coega IDZ, Gqeberha , we have an immediate opening for a Shift Team Leader . Reporting directly to the Production Manager , you are an integral part of the related team to further improve the business.

*Preference will be given to employees from the Designated Groups.

Tasks:

• Directs all shift production Operations
• Manages utilization of equipment, facilities, and personnel to obtain maximum efficiency and meet performance objectives.
• On-time and in-full delivery of manufactured components according to planned schedules for the respective shift.
• Good planning, organisational and administrative skills.
• Quality control and assurance
• Ability to execute tasks and plan successfully
• Full responsibility for the shift including all production functions
• Maintains and updates manufacturing equipment information and breakdown information.
• Manage the status of production shift plans and backlog to order completion.

Required qualifications:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Leadership Course / Training
• 2-5 years Leadership Exp
• Plastic Injection Moulding Manufacturing exp
• Computer literacy MS Office
• Good communication skills written and verbal
