Front Office Agent (STARS)*

You are happy to take on these tasks:

• You see yourself as a host, give our guests a warm welcome and deal with them openly and charmingly
• You carry out the check-in and check-out of our guests
• You accept and process reservation requests
• You will be responsible for cash management and debtor control
• You carry out all administrative tasks at the front office safely and independently
• You contribute to an effective and efficient operational process in early, late & night service
• You ensure an active flow of communication between all areas of our company
