Your tasks
- Take responsibility for the entire area of Marketing and Events with the aim of expanding accommodation, events, and all related services.
- Develop, manage, and monitor strategic marketing plans to achieve jointly defined budgets and growth targets.
- Support our loyal regular guests and acquire new target groups, especially couples and connoisseurs.
- Plan, organize, and supervise weddings, celebrations, and events—from the first enquiry to on-site execution.
- Create function sheets and ensure smooth coordination with all involved departments.
- Communicate our brand across all channels—online and offline—in line with our corporate identity and targeting.
- Organize marketing activities such as trade fairs, sales blitz events, roadshows, press trips, and partnerships.
- Prepare market analyses, SWOT evaluations, and strategies for continuous market penetration.
- Actively support reservations, quotations, and the optimization of conversion rates.
- Maintain our CRM system and ensure continuous development of the guest database, personas, and special requests.
- Act as an interface to all departments as well as external partners, agencies, and media contacts.
- Represent the company externally and make a significant contribution to sustainable image and brand development.
What you bring with you
- Successfully completed education or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Event Management, Marketing, or a comparable qualification.
- At least 8 years of professional experience, including several years in a leadership role in reservations, sales, marketing, or event departments of a 4*S or 5-star hotel.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office, reservation systems, CRM tools, and common online and offline marketing platforms.
- Experience with graphic software such as InDesign and Photoshop.
- Proven expertise in planning, organizing, and executing weddings and events.
- Strong sense of personal responsibility, strategic mindset, and pronounced organizational talent.
- Leadership skills combined with a hands-on mentality, team spirit, and commitment.
- Very good German and professional English skills.
- Confident appearance, excellent manners, and the highest discretion in handling guest data.
- Resilience and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
