Your tasks

• Prepare and serve breakfast with elegance and precision , from classic egg dishes to freshly brewed coffee and tea specialities.
• Provide attentive daytime service with drinks, snacks, and small indulgences, always present yet discreet.
• Handle concierge requests with care , from organizing transfers and ski passes to arranging restaurants, helicopter tours, or private events.
• Coordinate private dining experiences , such as Chef’s Table evenings or personalized menu nights, together with our kitchen team.
• Supervise the à la carte dinner service , presenting dishes gracefully and mastering tableside service such as flambéing and carving.
• Advise guests on wine and beverage choices in close collaboration with our sommelier.
• Be the central point of contact for all guest needs throughout their stay – ensuring excellence in every moment.

What you bring with you

• Completed training in hospitality or gastronomy .
• Several years of experience in high-end service or concierge roles .
• Polished, confident, and friendly demeanour , paired with discretion and reliability.
• Knowledge in the preparation of breakfast dishes and light snacks .
• Strong understanding of beverages, coffee specialities, and wines .
• Organisational talent, independence, and sense of responsibility.
• Excellent German skills , English proficiency is an advantage.
• High standards of hygiene and a professional appearance.
