Do you want to help shape our success story? Asa Principal Data & AI Architect (m/f/d),you will design and establishstate-of-the-art data structuresfor one of our operational business units so that data can be used efficiently, including for innovative AI applications. You will develop architectures, define roadmaps and standards, and manage their implementation in international projects – from managing migrations and integrating new (AI) data sources to prototyping and a successful go-live. You will lead interdisciplinary teams of solution architects, data scientists, and developers, provide clear guidelines for automation, governance, and security, and ensure consistently high quality. With your expertise, you will advise management and customers, promote innovation, and establish best practices. Through coaching and knowledge transfer, you will build competencies and enable future-proof business models based on data and, for example, artificial intelligence.

This is what sets you apart:

• Management and/or project management experience in an international environment
• At least 6 years of project experience in the data/AI environment, preferably in complex corporate structures
• Proven success in overall architecture with a focus on data platforms, advanced analytics, machine learning, AI governance and modern integration architectures
• In-depth knowledge, e.g., in data engineering, data platform, AI/ML architecture, cloud integration, knowledge graphs, and/or API strategy
• Certifications in relevant data, cloud or AI technologies are desirable
• Very good German and fluent English skills
• Innovation orientation and willingness to change
