We are looking for a QA Tester (m/f/d) to support our team by performing exploratory and manual testing.

As a QA Tester, you will work with a team of Scrum Masters, Consultants, and Developers on consulting projects.

• Create real value for our clients by helping them develop high-quality products that meet their requirements and reduce risks through active testing activities (e.g., manual testing of user stories).

• Collaborate with agile teams on client projects throughout the entire project lifecycle (especially during the introduction, implementation, and evaluation phases) to identify system issues and change requirements.

• Design detailed and well-structured test scenarios and test cases with guidance from senior team members.

• Work with Project Leads, Consultants, and Developers on tasks related to planning, testing, and coordinating release activities.

• Perform thorough regression testing after bug fixes.

• Participate in the creation of user stories by breaking down high-level requirements during team review meetings.

• Join regular team and client meetings to discuss project status and next steps.

• Communicate obstacles clearly to raise awareness and help avoid project delays.

• ideally, you have some knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform and an interest in learning more about Salesforce products (Core Clouds, Platform, or other industry-specific Clouds).

• You have at least 1 year of practical experience (e.g., internship, working student, or first job) in quality assurance or testing.

• You have a good understanding of basic software quality assurance methods and processes.

• You are interested in writing clear and structured test scenarios and test cases.

• You are eager to learn new skills and take on exciting challenges.

• You can work in a diverse international environment and communicate fluently in English.

• You are customer-oriented and able to work independently with support.

• Ideally, you have some exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
