Job Responsibilities:
Für das europäische Group Office der Magna Mirrors Gruppe suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Praktikanten (m/w/x) im Bereich HR für folgende Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung bei Recruiting-Tätigkeiten wie beispielsweise Stellenausschreibungen sowie Vorbereitung und Koordination der Vorstellungsgespräche
- Mitarbeit und administrative Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft der HR-Abteilung
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Zeugnissen
- Erstellung von Analysen und Auswertungen in Bezug auf personalwirtschaftliche Kennzahlen
- Operative Unterstützung im Bereich des Weiterbildungsmanagements
Wonach wir suchen:
- Fortgeschrittenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, mit dem Schwerpunkt Human Resources oder vergleichbare Studienrichtung
- Sicherer Umgang mit den Microsoft Office-Programmen
- Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der Personalabteilung eines internationalen Konzerns
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie Eigenmotivation und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
