Job Responsibilities:
Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Working Student (m/w/x) zur Unterstützung der internen und externen Kommunikationsaktivitäten mit Schwerpunkt Europa für unseren Standort Sailauf bei Aschaffenburg. Die Tätigkeiten umfassen die Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung, Koordinierung und Durchführung von globalen und lokalen Initiativen, Kampagnen und Tools.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Übersetzungen und Korrekturlesen von internen Kommunikationsmaterialien (Deutsch/Englisch)
- Verfassen von internem/externem Kommunikationsmaterial (Deutsch/Englisch)
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Kommunikationstools und Hochladen lokaler Inhalte in bestehende Kommunikationskanäle
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Veranstaltungen für Mitarbeitende
- Unterstützung der externen Kommunikation nach Bedarf
Ausbildung
- Studium der Kommunikationswissenschaften oder ähnlicher Studiengang
Kenntnisse
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprache von Vorteil
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse der Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Vorkenntnisse in SharePoint und anderer CMS-Systeme von Vorteil
- Selbständige, engagierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke, Kunden- und Teamorientierung
