Role Summary
To support our Group Office, we are looking for an intern/working student/bachelor’s or master’s candidate with a strong IT affinity (m/f/d) to join our Purchasing department as soon as possible.
Main Responsibilities
Support in building power platform solutions e.g., Power BI, PowerApps
(experience with Power Apps is advantage)Contribute to the further development of purchasing and analytical tools
Assist in preparing tenders and contract negotiations
Collaborate closely with adjacent departments (HR, Finance, Operations, etc.)
Perform administrative tasks, internal and external communication
Key Qualifications / Requirements
Enrolled in at least the 3rd semester of a business or science-related degree program
Strong commercial or IT understanding (first internships in a commercial environment desirable)
High IT affinity and proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel; Power BI is an advantage)
High level of commitment, flexibility, strong communication and teamwork skills
Independent and structured working style
Fluency in English
Availability for at least 20 working hours per week (or more)
Willingness and availability to commit for a minimum of 6 months
