REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Sr Manager Supply Network Design in Winston Salem, NC
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist in collecting data and conducting analyses to support the development and implementation of supply network design strategies.
- Document and maintain methodology guidelines and procedures.
- Monitor and report on contingency plan effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track performance and highlight areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure that supply network design and contingency planning processes comply with industry and corporate standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives to enhance processes and outcomes.
- Research industry trends and developments and provide regular updates.
- Prepare presentations for monthly, quarterly, and yearly forums
- Foster an environment that promotes professional development while maintaining a healthy workplace culture
What are we looking for?
- High School diploma or G.E.D. required or Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Technical, Business, Management, or related field.
- Within 5 to 8 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing or project management.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective partnerships working across the group.
- A demonstrated analytical and digital ability.
- Ability to think and operate strategically, recognizing a broad range of issues and implications.
- Experience in project management and personnel management
- Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills as well as self-motivated, interpersonal, energetic, flexible, and adaptable to change
- Experience in working with Microsoft Office Professional Suite, with a focus on Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
