Aufgaben:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams in engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) on large scale Battery Storage and STATCOM projects.
- Represent Nidec to customers and third parties: Communicate and meet with customers and suppliers through the life of each project.
- Ensure compliance with public regulations.
- Full project responsibility for contractual requirements, milestones and criticalities under consideration of schedule, under budget and customer expectations.
- Prepare and present reporting of progress and financials of your projects.
- Manage risks and develop strategies for mitigation
Qualifikationen:
- Strong electrical background
- Beneficial: project management certification
- Experience
- 3+ years direct experience in large scale project management (energy and / or industry).
- Experience with Electrical, Controls, and Power Electronic applications will be a plus.
- Coordination, support and optimization of planning under building law, including obtaining the necessary permits, cooperation with local authorities
- Contract management: negotiation, conclusion and execution of project-related contracts (e.g. EPC contracts)
- Project management tools experience -MS Projects, Smart Sheet
- Languages
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
