The Aftersales Service Expert (m/f/d) develops retrofit and modification solutions that enhance product efficiency andlongevity. In your new role you will be acting as the link between customers and engineering, you will ensures technical upgrades meet evolving operational needs and create measurable customer value.
Your responsibilities
- Conduct global service assignments and on-site commissioning of marine equipment
- Lead factory acceptance tests and train service technicians
- Provide first-level technical support to end customers and service partners
- Analyze and resolve technical issues, preparing repair and solution proposals
- Collaborate on technical reports and implementation of improvement measures
Your qualifications
- Completed technical education (apprenticeship or HTL)
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Understanding of design and technical documentation (CREO knowledge optional)
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office; fluent in written and spoken English,strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills, an independent working still, with readiness to travel

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53.241,02 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
