What You Bring

What You’ll Do

• Translate Vision into Action : Work closely with our Business Lead to turn ideas into tangible user journeys and interface concepts.
• Design for Consistency : Harmonize the experience across five distinct portals and customer-facing websites (B2B, B2C, pay-later, and more).
• Guide Implementation : Collaborate directly with developers and testers to explain and oversee how experiences should be built and structured.
• Enable the Team : Help engineers and developers internalize customer-centric thinking and modern user experience practices.
• Bridge Strategy and Execution : Be the go-to person for structuring digital flows and ensuring global coherence in product usage.
• Work Globally, Stay Local : Communicate directly with international subsidiaries and stakeholders to align regional and global requirements.
