We are looking for someone who will play an active role in shaping and nurturing the creative culture at LOOP. This includes being present in the studio, providing on-set direction, and supporting the development of junior talent. We want someone who sees the studio as their creative home—someone who thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment and contributes to a vibrant everyday studio life.

Requirements and Responsibilities

• Lead and execute high-end studio and on-site photo productions from concept to final delivery.
• Own lighting setups end-to-end, with advanced strobe/flashlight expertise (mandatory).
• Direct models and talent with ease to achieve strong poses, natural performances, and consistent visual language.
• Translate conceptual ideas into impactful, brand-relevant visuals for campaigns and always-on content.
• Collaborate closely with Producers, Content Strategists, Social Brand Teams, Videographers, and Editors to develop and deliver innovative creative solutions.
• Ensure efficient workflows across production and post-production, maintaining top-tier image quality and consistency.
• Oversee selection, basic grading, and handover for retouching; contribute to retouching where needed.
• Handle gear responsibly and keep sets and processes organized and production-ready.
• Stay ahead of social media, content, and photography trends, applying them in a way that fits each brand.
• Senior-level experience in high-end studio and on-location photography.
• Actively contribute to shaping and nurturing LOOP’s creative studio culture and maintain a strong presence in the studio and foster a collaborative, hands-on environment.
• Lead creatively on set and provide clear direction during productions and support, mentor, and elevate junior talent within the team.
• Help make the studio a true creative "home” where ideas and teamwork thrive
• Advanced flash/strobe lighting knowledge and the ability to choose and build the right setup for any situation.
• Confident model direction and an instinct for styling, movement, and expression.
• Strong expertise in Photoshop, Lightroom, and Capture One.
• A refined aesthetic sense for composition, detail, color, and consistent imagery.
• Proven ability to shape concepts into premium content that performs across platforms.
• Experience consulting and working with major brands, leading shoots independently.
• Highly organized working style, with respect for company equipment and processes.
• Excellent understanding of social media and content trends, especially for product, lifestyle, beauty, and food brands.
• Willingness to travel frequently and possession of a category B driving license.
• Advanced retouching skills (beauty/product/food/automotive) and experience working with mixed content productions (photo + video sets).
• Strong interest in new tools, workflows, and trend-driven content formats.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 50,000. That’s our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements. If you bring more to the table — deeper experience, sharper skills — we’re ready to reflect that in your offer.
