Service Engineer (f/m/d)

Responsibilities arrow_right

Plan and execute inspection and service visits
Implement Klüber TPM service elements at customer sites
Manage project planning and documentation in CRM systems
Prepare technical and sales documentation
Define requirements for new products and support product development
Contribute to the market launch of new products
Handle product-related complaints and application issues
Provide technical consulting at trade fairs and exhibitions
Develop benefit-oriented product arguments to support sales and applications
Create cost-benefit analyses and success stories (e.g., VCS)
Actively manage OEMs to obtain and renew approvals
Write technical articles and deliver expert presentations
Support sales through cross-selling activities
Continuously monitor the market for competitor products and pricing
Identify Klüber potential in the assigned region

Qualifications arrow_right

Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent technical education
Very good command of English
Strong computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.)
Market-oriented mindset and proactive approach
High level of cooperation and willingness to compromise
Strong team player
Willingness to travel up to 60% within the region
