Your tasks:

• Maintenance, inspection and repair work on technical building systems
• Carrying out fault diagnoses and their elimination
• Compliance with legal and contractual regulations
• Checking and acceptance of external services provided
• Ensuring smooth processes and monitoring the flawless overall condition of the technical systems to be maintained
• Participation in the technical on-call service

What you bring with you:

• Completed technical vocational training (heating/ventilation/air conditioning, electrician or electronics technician)
• Very good manual skills and a strong technical understanding
• Independent, goal-oriented and forward-looking way of working
• Strong service mindset, cost awareness and sense of responsibility,
• Confident handling of computer-aided systems such as MS Office and CAFM systems
• Driving license class B
• Willingness to take over the technical on-call duty 24/7
