Your profile:
- Technical degree / qualification in metalworking with further training as a welding engineer - IWE / EWE (m/f/d)
- Experience in welding technology (robot welding systems)
- Solid knowledge of programming / automation / REFA / LEAN
- Confident handling of technical drawings
- Excellent German and English skills (spoken and written)
- Driving license + car
Your tasks:
- Independent troubleshooting, implementation of measures and programming / optimization of welding robots including backups and data maintenance
- Conducting and evaluating REFA time studies, supporting prototypes/special systems, and optimizing manufactured parts according to standards and guidelines.
- Organization of spare and wear part procurement, coordination of repairs and supplier communication regarding material availability
- Continuous process and plant optimization using REFA and LEAN methods, analysis of operational data and derivation of improvement measures
- Allocation of components to robot systems, creation of maintenance plans, conducting training courses, and ensuring occupational safety and 5S principles.
