Your tasks:

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the project management team (8 people)
• Overall responsibility for the successful realisation of ongoing projects
• Capacity planning, resource management and prioritisation of projects, monitoring of project KPIs (costs, quality, deadlines)
• Escalation management & active risk management
• close cooperation with sales, design, purchasing, production and external partners
• ensuring professional claim and change management
• regular reporting to the management

Your profile:

• Completed technical or business education (FH/Uni,..) in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering or comparable
• Long-term (min. 5 years) experience in technical project management, ideally in plant construction, mechanical engineering or a metalworking industry
• Management experience
• Independent, structured and systematic way of working
• Confident appearance, strong communication skills
• Very good written and spoken German and good English skills

The annual salary for this position starts at € 85,000 gross. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
