Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the smooth running of internal and external logistics processes
• Involvement in the development and support of external logistics partners
• Control and monitoring of outsourcing processes in the area of logistics and warehouse management
• Review of demand quantitiesprocesses in the area of logistics and warehouse management
• Various tasks in the area of warehouse management and inventory management
• Checking the plausibility of required quantities and making adjustments in the event of deviations
• Ensuring compliance with company and product-specific storage regulations for outsourced processes
• Implementing suitable measures in the event of incorrect deliveries in collaboration with quality assurance, including returns processing
• Initiating measures in the event of stock discrepancies and ongoing optimisation of external logistics processes

Your profile:

• Successfully completed training (foreman, Matura, degree), ideally in the field of logistics
• Multi-year professional experience in operational logistics, preferably with experience in managing external logistics service providers or in outsourcing projects
• Good understanding of business management, ecological and entrepreneurial interrelationships as well as internal and external flows of goods
• Cost-conscious, resource-saving and process-orientated action
• Independent and structured way of working, complemented by teamwork and strong communication skills
• Safe scope with MS Office and ERP systems (Sage B7 an advantage) as well as experience in dealing with identification systems (Pro.File)
• Very good written and spoken German and good English

The gross salary for this position is from €3,500 based on full-time employment. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
