(Lower Austria), is part of a very succesful international group of companies additional locations in Romania, Poland, Turkey, the USA, China and Australia. We are engaged in the development, sale and service of
gangways, automatic door systems
and
interior fittings
for rail vehicles. We are looking for a new employee for our location in St. Georgen am Ybbsfelde to strengthen and expand our international market activities.
Your tasks:
- Review of international contracts and agreements as well as revision of existing contracts
- Preparing the basis for decisions, taking into account all legal aspects
- As a competent legal advisor, you will work closely with the sales team and management
- Maintaining and monitoring of the existing contract management system (PACTA)
- Close cooperation and coordination with the external lawyer
Your skills:
- Degree in law with a focus on commercial and contract law (international law)
- In-depth understanding of civil law
- Very good knowledge of German and business fluent English
- Communication and implementation skills
- Intercultural sensitivity, ability to work in a team and negotiating skills
- Flexibility and a high degree of commitment and accuracy
- First professional experience is an advantage
