1. Engagement Management: plan & review of services in accordance with the customer’s requirements, manage stakeholders, lead the communication
2. Delivery Management: day-to-day operations, support of projects, de-escalate critical engagements
3. Account Management: Commercial account management and increase of customer satisfaction

What you bring

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business or technology related field (e. g. Computer Science, Business Administration, etc.) or equivalent skills gained via vocational training / apprenticeship
• Knowledge of and/or affinity for IT Technology
• Good communication and presentation skills in German and English
• Pro-active, problem solving, "can-do" attitude
• Strong relationship building and de-escalation skill
