What you´ll build
In this role, you'll develop tools and services that automate key processes in CoE Service Delivery, with a focus on CALM for Service and AI Assistance for Max Attention. You’ll be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and ensuring the quality of product features that help scale and improve how SAP delivers services. Your work will directly support the transformation of service innovations into reusable, productized solutions.
You’ll gain hands-on experience with SAP’s service models like MaxAttention and Enterprise Support, and apply Agile and DevOps principles to drive continuous improvement. You’ll analyze and resolve complex software issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use modern technologies to build future-proof solutions that enhance customer outcomes
What you bring
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s). Recent graduates are welcome
- Initial experience with programming languages like Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar.
- Familiarity with modern development tools and frameworks such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Interest in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices.
- Basic understanding of automated testing, code reviews, and quality assurance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team - fluent in German and Englisch language
- Motivation to learn, grow, and deliver high-quality results
