We are looking for an experienced, committed and motivated colleague to strengthen our Master Data team in the Premium Hub Center of Expertise (CoE) for Customer & Vendor Management. You will drive customer success and innovation of SAP's most strategic customers in the area of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG).

In your new role, you can expect the following tasks, among others:

• Service Delivery: Delivering remote and on-site services to our global and mid-market customers across Europe.
• Process Optimization: Design, analysis, and optimization of complex business processes, as well as error analysis in heterogeneous system landscapes with a focus on SAP MDG.
• Problem Solving: Support customers in critical situations to solve issues and to safeguard the project go-live.
• Team Leading: Take on functional leadership of delivery teams during service engagements and escalations.
• The constantly changing customer situations require high degree of flexibility and individual approach to each new customer. However, this is also what makes our job so appealing. Regular travel to the extent of approx. 10-20% is required.

What you bring

• Technical Expertise: Demonstrate very good knowledge of SAP MDG, regarding business processes, integration, and implementation.
• Programming Skills: Possess good knowledge of the programming language ABAP.
• Analytical Skills: Have strong analytical skills to solve complex problems and excellent SAP system analysis capabilities.
• Customer Management: Hands-on experience in customer management, implementation, service delivery, and/or project management is a plus.
• Communication: Possess a confident and friendly appearance and strong communication skills. Business fluent English (both written and spoken) are essential. Good written and spoken German skills are a plus.
• Learning Mindset: Show a high and continuous willingness to learn.
