What you`ll do

As User Experience Expert for the SuccessFactors UX team EMEA, you will collaborate with a fun, supportive and highly talented team of UX colleagues and push your creative, problem-solving and people skills to the fullest.

This will include:

• Establish a close relationship with product area managers and engineering leads to drive and support the overall product strategy
• Explore multiple design directions for web and mobile to envision the best possible solution
• Create rapid interactive prototypes as needed to simulate interactions using a tool such as Figma.
• Work with user researchers to do up-front user research, and to validate the product concepts and designs
• Deliver detailed specs and assets to engineering and support engineering during the development phase to make sure your designs are faithfully built
• Drive UX projects and lead the work of junior designers

• Be adaptable to challenges and flexible with change.

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience working as Product or UX designer - preferably in a cloud-based software industry
• Strong knowledge of User Centered Design / conceptual and big-picture design skills including user experience architecture, information architecture, wireframe creation, planning, preparation and execution of user research activities
• Experience to deal with complex business cases and to drive projects with several stakeholders self-dependent
• Experience in building rapid prototypes and scripting interactions to simulate the user experience using tools such as Figma
• Self-motivated fast learner with exceptional follow-through while operating with a sense of urgency
• Interpersonal skills: being open-minded, result-oriented and a team player with the willingness to put the team before self.
• Experience working in a large & geographically dispersed product-driven environment
• Knowledge about HR business area would be a plus
• B2 German is required for the position

The SAP SuccessFactors Product Design team provides consumer-grade, end-to-end product designs for cloud-based HR software - everything from initial strategy workshops to product vision, from early conceptual exploration to UX design and final delivery of specs including accessiblity reviews and fit and finish work.

In joining our Product Design team, you will collaborate closely with researchers, product managers and scrum teams to help create Web and Mobile UI´s for employees, managers and admins.
