What you'll do

You will be a valuable addition to the SAP Signavio AI team, supporting the Joule program manager in driving the strategic expansion and advancement of SAP Signavio Joule and agents within.

This engaging role sits at the crossroads of the multiple Signavio solutions and the central SAP AI Joule team.

• Support program management by driving Signavio-wide Joule & agents development process communication & positioning.
• Assist the program management team in tasks like project/program management, process clarification & set up or status reporting.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business needs and successful implementation of development processes.
• Contribute to the overall reporting requests & communication as well as stakeholder management and participating in the respective meetings.
• Help maintain and manage process guidance documentation & presentation, ensuring timely delivery and adjustment to dynamic business needs.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams for the organisation, fostering a proactive, transparent, and united approach.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Artificial Intelligence, Business Informatics, Business Management, Project Management, Product Management, or a related field.
• Language skills: Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills for articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences, German as a plus
• Excellent organizational and project/program management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Join the SAP Signavio Foundation & Intelligent Transformation Joule program management & Process AI team, a leading force in process transformation and product development for AI topics within Signavio. Our mission is to empower organizations with AI capabilities and respective development process guidance fostering and easing AI feature integration into Signavio solutions driving Business transformations.

In our team, you'll work closely with talented professionals dedicated to driving innovation and value through strategic development program management. Together, we work on crafting developing strategies, driving innovative poc’s & AI development ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
