As SAP Cloud ALM is a leading product in adopting continuous delivery, there is a need to get the latest information to customers in a timely basis. Your job responsibilities might include:

• Managing a central Email Inbox and communicate with required stakeholders
• Help in organizing events and follow up activities
• Rollout content creation and editing such as presentation and videos
• Creating analysis reports in MS Excel
• Update web pages with product information

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied science
• Preferred fields of study: Business Managemen
• Computer skills: High
• MS Office such as PowerPoint, Excel (Pivot), MS Forms
• Good skills in using AI tools
• Language skills fluent in English and German
• Soft skills: Team player, expert in organizing, creative, analytics, content management
• Remote working is possible
• Experiences in former assistance roles preferred

Where you belong

CXS is an engineering unit with SAP Product Engineering and SAP Customer Solution Support & Innovation. We are focusing on Application Lifecycle Management solutions for Cloud, and hybrid, as well as AI use cases.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
