As a (Junior) Business Analyst (m/f/d) based in Chile, you will play a key role in optimizing market performance by acting as the local operations liaison with the Network Planning team. You will be responsible for timetable optimization, commercial and operational analytics, and ensuring smooth collaboration with bus partners and terminal teams.

About the Role

• Optimize and improve the market performance by being the local operations relation focus point with the Network Planning team
• Analyse commercial data to support market performance improvements
• Optimize timetables and circulation patterns to boost efficiency and customer experience
• Negotiate timetable details with bus partners and ensure accurate implementation on the ground
• Audit driver working hours for regulatory compliance and labour law adherence
• Address terminal operational needs and manage contingencies to ensure smooth service delivery
• Support offline sales teams with operational insights and contribute to project management initiatives
  

About You

• 2-3 years of experience in transport engineering, mathematics, civil engineering, or related fields
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
• Experience or interest in timetable optimization, transport planning, and operational project management
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1) is required
• Ready to travel occasionally, visiting bus stations to get data insights from the ground
