As we continue our expansion in Chile, we're looking for a motivated and driven HR Business Partner (m/f/d) at Flix, who will make an impact by supporting our frontline workforce (shop & bus station employees), empowering managers, and building strong HR foundations for sustainable growth. This role reposts to Head of People Excellence based in Mexico.

This role is based in Santiago de Chile.

About the Role

• Advise, consult and support leaders on all key people processes, end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, compensation, talent development, etc
• Drive organizational development and change initiatives, supporting workforce planning, leadership development, and succession management
• Partner with business leaders on strategy execution, internationalization topics, and building a healthy pipeline of talent for regional growth
• Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Develop and implement skills-building programs, facilitate internal training sessions, and establish leadership development initiatives
• Structure and digitize HR workflows by optimizing Workday and driving further process automation and knowledge management to enhance operational efficiency
• Be present at bus stations and stores across Chile to engage with employees directly, address concerns proactively, and reinforce company culture

About You

• 4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within international or high-growth organizations
• Experience working with frontline/retail/operational staff
• Fluency in Spanish & English is a must
• Solid knowledge of labour law; experience with compliance is a strong plus
• Proactive, committed, team and detail-oriented with the ability to use discretion and empathy when required
• Agile mindset and passion to drive change
• Ready to travel up to 25% of time and visit our bus stations/shops in Chile, occasionally to Mexico
