• As a Trainer for Cosmetics, you use your rhetorical and didactic skills to convey knowledge about our brand, products, and technologies to our B2B customers and partner cosmetology schools – through in-person seminars, on-site training sessions, video clips, online courses, and at trade fairs.
• You work closely with the content development team and play a key role in the creation and continuous updating of training materials, including digital media.
• You contribute to the development of target group-oriented seminar designs on various topics and prepare them with professionalism and attention to detail.
• With your brand expertise and the customer feedback gained from your training sessions, you develop new ideas and concepts for further education.
• In addition, you support other departments – such as Marketing and Sales – with technical and professional inquiries related to REVIDERM products, treatments, and devices.

• You have successfully completed a cosmetology education and bring with you a genuine passion for skincare, cosmetics, and technology.
• You possess excellent English and Dutch language skills – knowledge of German, Luxembourgish, or French is a plus.
• You have strong training skills and initial experience in conducting seminars or workshops, and you love sharing your knowledge with others.
• You have a natural talent for inspiring people and a true enthusiasm for cosmetic products and modern skincare technologies.
• You present yourself confidently, communicate clearly and structured, both with your participants and your colleagues.
