Reporting & Analysis:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on the ROI of CRM activations, providing actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in customer engagement and conversion.
Event Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of events focused on data capture and lead conversion.
- Analyze event data to measure the effectiveness of data capture and lead generation strategies.
Data Management & Integrity:
- Monitor and follow-up on database ticket creation to enhance the sanity and accuracy of our customer database.
- Collaborate with the data team to identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of data cleansing and enrichment processes.
CRM Project Support:
- Provide support for Richemont CRM projects, including our clienteling app and digital catalogue initiatives.
- Assist with user testing, documentation, and training related to new CRM features and functionalities.
- Contribute to the development of communication materials to promote CRM adoption and engagement.
Training & Evangelisation:
- Evangelize and train local markets and HQ teams on new CRM systems and best practices.
- Maintain and update the training structure, shared spaces, and documentation to ensure resources are current and accessible.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to promote effective use of CRM tools and strategies
HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE JOURNEY.
- University degree in Business, Economics
- Hands-on personality that is used to work independently, very organized and has a strong attention for details
- First practical experience in the field of marketing activation. Knowledge of CRM and digital tools is required (Salesforce and Google Analytics are a plus)
- Business fluent English skills are required, German or French is a plus
