INTERN PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT, ENGAGEMENT & COMMUNICATIONS (100%)

Are you ready to contribute to how we develop, engage, and connect people at work? We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about people’s growth, communication, and making things happen. In this role, you’ll split your time between our People Development team and our People Engagement & Internal Communications team, gaining hands-on experience in both areas.
People Development (50%)
- Contribute to shaping the growth of our people through impactful initiatives in Leadership, Talent Development, Learning, and Performance Excellence
- Drive engagement and transparency by managing internal communications, ensuring our People Development initiatives resonate across the organization
- Become the champion of our "IWC Academy" Learning Management System, keeping content fresh, sessions organized, while generating insightful reports
- Bring our People Development initiatives to life by managing training logistics, from venue and coach booking to material preparation, registration tracking and feedback collection, ensuring a seamless and impactful learning experience
People Engagement & Internal Communications (50%)
- Help shape a meaningful people experience by bringing our engagement and communication initiatives to life – from global engagement surveys to local well-being and resilience programs.
- Foster connection and community by supporting on-site activities that energize our daily work moments and strengthen our culture.
- Support providing a welcoming journey for new joiners by coordinating onboarding touchpoints, materials, and events – ensuring every newcomer feels seen, supported, and inspired.
- Contribute to a culture of transparency by driving clear and consistent internal communication around strategy, business development and people initiatives across all levels of the organization

- You’re currently studying in the field of People, Business or Communications
- You’re a self-starter: organized, proactive, and full of ideas
- You enjoy connecting with people and making a positive impact
- You communicate clearly – both in German and English
