Are you an experienced IT professional ready to take on complex infrastructure challenges? Join a well-established Swiss IT service provider with over four decades of experience delivering innovative, secure, and scalable solutions to businesses across the country.

We're looking for a Senior System/Network Engineer who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working closely with clients to design and implement robust IT systems.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Your Role:

• Support and further develop customer IT environments
• Advise clients on IT strategy and lifecycle management
• Install and maintain solutions using technologies such as Sophos, pfSense, Aruba, HPE, IaaS, Managed Desktop, Veeam Backup, and PaaS
• Independently lead and execute IT infrastructure projects
• Design, build, and maintain complex network environments

What You Bring:

• Formal education, certifications, or equivalent experience in IT
• Deep expertise in firewalls and networking
• Several years of hands-on experience in system and network engineering
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Client systems
• Familiarity with virtualized environments; Linux and Veeam experience is a plus
• A customer-focused mindset and strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in German (spoken and written)
