Senior Specialist Artwork Coordination
Cilag AG, part of Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, is hiring a Senior Specialist Artwork Coordination, (100%) to be located in Schaffhausen, Switzerland.
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Schaffhausen Site/Cilag AG is a Launch site for new products with focus on Parenteral Products (e.g., pre-filled syringes and vials).
We belong to the Manufacturing Science & Technology (MSAT) organization for the MTO (Manufacturing and Technical Operations) Biotherapeutics and Synthetics Manufacturing Platform. We support the parenteral filling, visual inspection, device assembly and pack operations at J&J Innovative Medicine Schaffhausen.
Position Summary:
You will be a Site MSAT representative on multi-functional teams, holding the responsibility of implementation of artworks of commercial products and new product introductions for pharmaceutical products at the Schaffhausen site.
Responsibilities:
Own and coordinate artwork changes for pharmaceutical secondary packaging components (labels, boxes, inserts) to meet packaging design and legislation requirements.
Verification and release of print templates (in ArcTiC system).
Ensure timely implementation of new and/or updated artworks in liaison with relevant departments.
Initiate capturing and mutating of material master data in SAP (with site specific workflow tool).
Provide Technical Assessments to Change Controls/CAPAs and Deviations.
Be part or lead of multi-functional project teams and maintain excellent partnership with all business partners.
Deliver on strategic project goals, process improvements and innovation to ensure competitiveness at the pharmaceutical market and with global players.
Qualifications:
You have successfully completed your university studies in (Packaging) Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or Vocational Training in equivalent area.
You have at least 2+ years related experience in the pharmaceutical sector overall with past proven field experience of Artwork Coordination processes and in leading GMP Investigations.
Your strengths are strong project management and organization skills, combined with excellent communication skills to represent MSAT in multi-functional and cross-sites teams within the global matrix organization.
You have advanced skills in using SAP or comparable ERP systems.
You are a flexible, motivated, and innovative team player who can operate in a complex global matrix organization with multiple customers.
Proficient in both English and German is required.
