Job description
- You will be responsible for the sustainable implementation and strategic further development of established Lean/OPEX methods and tools for continuous process improvement at the Schalksmühle Lead Center
- In addition, you will actively coach, instruct and support employees and managers in the various Lean methods and ensure their application
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for the professional preparation, organisation, implementation and conscientious follow-up of all relevant training courses, training courses and workshops
- The implementation and intensive support of important optimisation and improvement projects throughout the plant are also part of your main tasks
- As part of your work, you will actively participate in recording the current status quo and defining specific optimisation targets in order to measure the degree of target achievement
- Finally, you will be responsible for the regular and target group-oriented reporting of all relevant key figures to the local plant management for the transparent management of results
Requirements
- You have a successfully completed degree as a mechanical engineer (m/f/d) or industrial engineer (m/f/d), alternatively a comparable technical qualification as a mechanical engineer (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have desirable practical experience in the independent implementation of training courses, workshops and have sound knowledge of modern project management
- Your advantageous knowledge of lean management, including CIP, 5S and value stream mapping, are what make you particularly suitable for this challenging position
- Your written and spoken German language skills at native speaker level and your business fluent English skills in a business context are essential
- Furthermore, you have a high level of assertiveness and confidence in teamwork and have great in teamwork and enjoy communicating with internal and external contacts
- Finally, you have a strong ability to motivate yourself to continuously increase the desired improvements and always work in a results-orientated and independent manner
