Global Social Media and Event Strategy Manager

You responsibilities
- Work globally across and with Datwyler’s divisions and functions to create, consense, execute and continuously improve Datwyler’s social media strategy and footprint
- Define, execute and maintain ongoing social media content updating and governance across Datwyler
- Consense across Datwyler’s business units a global annual/mid-term plan and long-term vision for a synergized on/offline event approach, including social media as an amplifier
- Define on/offline event standards for brand consistency and amplification
- Define and provide ongoing social media and on/offline event KPI reporting
- Serve as a Datwyler social media and integrated event expert, keeping abreast of emerging trends and best practices
Our requirements
- University or HES diploma in a relevant field
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working with social media in a B2B environment
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working with on and offline event implementation and management, ideally in a B2B environment
- English fluency. German or Mandarin desirable as second language
- Strong listening, negotiation, presentation and analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, open to change
